  • 2003-2004 TC Rules of the Senate Section II SECTION II RULES RELATING TO CALENDAR 1.0 KCTCS Calendar (Academic Terms And Academic Sessions) A sample academic calendar, prepared two years in advance to facilitate planning, shall be constructed by the Rules Committee in the fall of each year in conformity with the Senate s policy and shall be presented to the Council for endorsement.
  • The Rules Committee will identify an18-week period for both the fall and spring terms during which each college will construct its academic calendars consistent with the policy guidelines below.
